Delivery
All orders despatched are sent by Recorded Delivery, Airsure or by Courier and will need to be signed for at the designated destination.
UK Delivery - If Royal Mail have tried to deliver your parcel and have been unsuccessful (nobody home), they will hold your parcel for 7 days before returning the parcel back to us. A calling card will be left by them stating attempted delivery of your parcel so arrangement for collection or redelivery will need to be made.
As parcels are sent by Recorded Delivery, we are unable to follow instructions from customers to leave parcels in porches or in places where there is no person to sign for the parcel. We will be happy to leave instructions with the postal service if a request has been made to leave the package with a neighbour to sign for, if the customer is not at home.
Our aim is to have your order delivered to you within 3-5 working days (10 days if overseas), (except during weekends and bank holidays (Working days consist of Monday to Friday )
Postage costs
Charges for postage are based upon the weight of your order, when you are ready to check out, the cost of your postage will be shown. The cost is based upon recorded delivery first class mail up to 1.2g. When your order is over 1.25kg, your package will be sent free of charge (UK only).
Postage charges will be one of the following, up to 750g = £4.38, up to 1000g = £6.30, up to 1250g = £6.55 and over 1250g = free of charge.
Overseas Postage
When you place your order and are ready to checkout, you will be asked to choose your shipping destination, once you have chosen your country and move on to the next page in your checkout process your shipping cost will be given.
Our goods will be despatched through Airsure, Royal Mail or by a courier service.
Airsure - We use Airsure to send your mail quickly and safely to 30 destinations in the following three geographic postal zones.
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corisca, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
World Zone one: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and USA.
World Zone two: New Zealand
